Insurance Plans
GIMG participates in most area health plans. Patients are responsible for knowing plan benefits, co-payments, non-covered services and restrictions and are responsible for co-payments and non-covered services at time of visit.
If we do not participate in your health plan, we are still happy to see you. Most insurance plans have coverage for patients who see doctors not in the network or participating with the plan. This is called "out of network" benefits. Patients who have out of network benefits may have to pay deductibles and co-pays for services by a non-participating provider. Patients should consult with their plan about their out of network benefits.
GIMG recognizes the needs of patients who may be uninsured, have high deductibles, no coverage for preventive health examinations or the advantage of a flexible healthcare spending account. To accommodate these needs, we have designed a "cash payment" fee schedule so that we can address the healthcare needs of these patients at reduced fees. To be eligible for these reduced rates, payment is required at the time of service, and we will not file a claim with an insurance provider. Please contact our office for more information.
