General Internal Medicine participates with the Insurance plans listed below. Many insurance plans do not limit their subscribers to a specific list of physicians and we will see those patients as well. We can also see patients on an "out of network" basis. That is an option offered by many insurance plans, which allows patients to the physician of their choice, but the patient may have higher out of pocket costs such as higher co-pays or deductibles.

Plans that we do not participate with are: Anthem*, Healthkeepers,
First Health/Coventry, PHCS, Humana, Mutual of Omaha, Tricare, Oxford Health, Multi Plan, UMR, United Secure Horizon Medicare, however we are happy to see you and will file your insurance claims for you as an out of network physician.

*Anthem claims will be billed to our local Care First carrier.
