Richard W. Chen, MD

Dr. Richard Chen is a board-certified internist. He was born in Tokyo, Japan, and grew up between Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Staten Island, NY. He attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Albany Medical College, and completed his internal medicine training at the University of Maryland. After residency, he traveled the Northeast working locum tenens with CompHealth. He is married to Dr. Cecilia Young, also an internist, and they live in Vienna with their sons Christopher, Nicholas and Jeremy. Dr. Chen joined our group in July 1997.
