Executive Physical Page
Executive Physicals offer a proactive approach to healthcare that identifies your risk of future diseases and creates a personalized program to improve your health and maintain an active lifestyle. This comprehensive exam provides you with extensive time and interaction with our physicians and includes the latest diagnostic, screening and imaging technologies to assess the state of your health and the detailed information you need to optimize the quality of future health. The scope of your examination and the amount of useful information you will receive is dramatically more revealing than a standard physical exam or consultation, providing extra time and testing and offering patients piece of mind.
All Executive Physicals include a full written assessment and a phone call follow up with your physician to discuss results. GIMG staff will arrange all tests and procedures that need to be performed outside of our facility.
