Basic

Provides access to your most recent lab test results, in writing. We offer this as a free benefit to our patients.

Gold

Gives you access to your current and past lab test results, medications lists, and medical history records, and allows you to schedule appointments online. Patients who subscribe can request referrals and receive free prescription refills, avoiding unnecessary appointments, co-pays, and prescription refill fees. Save yourself time and money.

Platinum

All the benefits of the Gold level, PLUS three “e-Visits” – a secure virtual appointment with your provider.

Can spouses sign one another up for portal?
No. Each patient must sign up on their own to protect their health information.
Do I need a PayPal account to sign up?
No. You may renew your account as a “guest” on the PayPal website.
I paid for a Gold/Platinum membership. How long does my membership last?
Once you purchase the Gold/Platinum packages, your membership is for 1 year from that date.
